Use the following Madison County and New York routes for an official record:

- Local criminal cases: contact the Oneida City, town, or village court that handled the matter

- Police incident report: request it from the city, village, State Police, or campus agency that wrote it
Madison County centralizes public-record requests through Jennifer Cossette, Records Access Officer, Board of Supervisors Office, P.O. Box 635, Wampsville, NY 13163, 315-366-2201. The county accepts online, email, and mailed requests and states that it acknowledges a request within five business days.
