Questions about an official Madison County criminal record must go to the office that keeps it. The contacts below distinguish County and local court files, Sheriff arrest records, city or village police reports, jail custody, and a person’s own fingerprint-linked New York history. This privately operated resource cannot accept a government request or issue a record.

This Is Not a Government Office. We cannot retrieve or correct a criminal record, perform an official check, accept a FOIL request, or file a record-sealing application. Contact the responsible government custodian.
